Our Laboratory

  • Consistency  All CNSide samples are shipped to a centralized, CLIA-accredited laboratory in Houston, TX and are analyzed trained laboratory technicians
  • Accreditation   CNSide is a Laboratory Developed Test (LDT). On March 31, 2025, a U.S. district court vacated the FDA’s final rule that sought to regulate Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) as medical devices, ruling the agency exceeded its authority. Consequently, LDTs remain under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) framework rather than FDA, invalidating the 4-year phase-out of enforcement discretion. Our CLIA license is #45D2308861 and we are awaiting CAP inspection May 2026.
